No. HealthFi will review your medical bill for free. You only pay HealthFi if we negotiate a discount for you.

Who do I pay after my claim is negotiated?
After your claim is negotiated, you either pay A) HealthFi, if you allow us to pay your provider up front and select a payment plan; or B) your medical provider, if you decide to pay the discounted amount in full.
Will HealthFi arrange payment to my healthcare provider without my approval?
No. After negotiating a discount for your medical bill, HealthFi will send you a form to sign stating that you approve the amount. HealthFi will only act on your behalf with your consent.
What happens if my healthcare provider appeals my negotiated medical claim?
Nothing. Providers sign a consent form, so all negotiated medical bills are final.
Does HealthFi negotiate drug prices?
No. HealthFi only negotiates medical bills.
Do you negotiate cosmetic or plastic surgeries?
Yes. HealthFi will negotiate medical bills produced by any medical procedure, including cosmetic or plastic surgery.
How long does this process take?
This process normally takes only a few days, depending on the volume of medical claims that are being negotiated.
Is there any bill that is too large? Too small?
HealthFi will negotiate any medical claims. There is no bill that is too large for our negotiators.
Is it possible that you won’t be able to negotiate a discount?
Yes. A small percentage of the time, HealthFi will not be able to negotiate a discount on your behalf. This is due to a variety of factors. However you do not have anything to lose by contacting HealthFi – it costs nothing to have us review your medical bills.
